make time for you
Hey there:)
It's been a while, hasn't it?
I've just been busy with school, exams and a lot of extra-curricular stuff and I'm just trying to get through every day: one day at a time. It's been hard finding the balance between everything, and I need it now more than ever. I'm feeling pretty neutral everyday, not too happy and not sad. I've been feeling somewhere in between. Its been a rough couple days and I'm unable to find time to rest, even on the weekends.

That's why I'm on here to remind you (&me) to take rest and recharge <3. It's important to fulfill yourself first. After all, you can't pour from an empty cup. Make time this Sunday (or whichever day you're reading this) exclusively for you. Do whatever you do to feel like yourself. Maybe listen to some good music, watch rom-coms and comfort shows, read prose or books, do some yoga, play a game or a sport, do something creative (draw, paint or write), and let go.
Let go of whatever you've been holding on to. Let go of what's worrying you. Let go of your responsibilities for a day.
